A native of Birmingham, AL, Mr. Parker was the son of the late Randolph and Eloise Wilson Parker.
Survivors include his children, Gail Parker, Kim Oliver, Randy Parker, Katrina Parker, Kesha Parker Bigby, Deirdre Parker, Staci Parker, and Mikiba Parker; 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
There will a private memorial service held at a later date.
