My first memories of spending the night away from home is with grandparents and then with the Lovett family. They are my cousins, so we had a lot of fun together. We played chase and hide and seek at the big house in Oliver when I was young. Later we wore out the Herman Hermits record at the brick house. We also spent many summer afternoons at the river together, fried fish at the hunting club, and played softball in our front yard on Sundays. During my teenage years there were games at the ballfield in Oliver, walking the mall all day while Grandma and Grandpa Spell worked, running away from Uncle Roy before he grabbed your knee, and on and on the memories go.
I love you all and my prayers are with you as you are going through this time of grief and loss. If I can do anything-I am a call away.

We realize just how short our life is when those we grow up with pass into eternity😭. Becky and I grew up together, as very young children her family would spend Sunday’s at my Grandmother & Grandfather Peavy home. We spent the night with each other, there is one time that we spoke of when we were older, that was so funny, Becky was at my home and it was very late, we thought we heard someone at my bedroom window, I ran and woke up my Dad and he ran to the back door in his underwear, we laughed about that a lot. She lived down the road from me when our kids were young for a few months on Louie D Newton Rd, it was nice having her there even for that short while. I know she was like me, in that her kids were her focus. I know y’all will miss her, Find comfort that she is in a place of no more tears and pain, and most of all Jesus will wipe away all tears. God be with you all in your time of grief, may you find His comfort.

Becky was a sweet and lifelong friend, She was born the day after I was. We rode the Bus and attended School together for many years. I remember Becky wearing many beautiful Dresses to School that I feel certain was made by her Mother. Rejoice in Heaven with your family and Our Heavenly Father.

Becky and I were friends since childhood. I remember she and I dared my younger sister, Pam, to catch fireflies in a jar and let them out in our bedroom at night. Pam always loved a dare so she did it Becky and I have laughed about that many, many times. She was a wonderful friend and person in many ways. My prayers are with her children and granchildren.
