

A native of Stephens County, GA, Mrs. Hill was the daughter of the late Dennis Hershel Kesler and Mamie Fleeman Pritchett Kesler and was preceded in death by her husband, William Paul Hill; brothers, John Kesler and Buford Kesler, Thurman Kesler, sisters Ida Tyner and Hazel Pearson. She was a member of Cornerstone Church of God and she was known for her nursing home ministry where she sang and played the guitar.
Survivors include son, Paul Dennis Hill and wife, Faye of Athens; daughters, Ruby Nell Bowden of Athens and Glenda Oxford of Athens; brother, Rev. Dennis Kesler of Athens; sisters, Ruenell Thaxton, Ole Mae Sartain Raemy, Mary Lou Sapp, and Bonnie Kenimer all of Athens; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 3PM Sunday, October 13th in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Kesler, Rev. Morris Sapp, and Clarke Kesler officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1-3PM prior to the service at Bernstein.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 2340 Prince Ave, Suite A, Athens, GA 30606.
