A native of Oglethorpe County, Mrs. Self was a daughter of the late Claude and Dollie Irene Sullivan Fair. She was a member of Crawford Pentecostal Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Coyt Self.
Survivors include children, Mike Self and wife, Sherrill, Evonne Smith and husband, Marty, and Treva Self, all of Colbert; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brothers, Crawford Fair and Larry Fair, both of Bogart and Charles Vernon Fair of Athens.
The family will receive friends Sunday, January 29 from 6-9 p.m. at Crawford Pentecostal Church.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 30 at 2 p.m. at Crawford Pentecostal Church with Revs. Blake Smith and Donald Wineinger officiating. Interment will be at Arnoldsville Cemetery.
