Agnė had a bright, vibrant and uplifting personality. From an early age, she demonstrated a strong interest for reading and learning. She was remarkably intelligent, a polyglot who spoke four foreign languages. She was a brilliant student, her books were her treasure. She was a great dancer, a great pianist and played cello beautifully. After completing Lieporiai high school in Šiauliai, Agnė attended Vilnius University in Lithuania where she majored in Political Science. After two years at Vilnius University, she received a scholarship awarded by Lithuanian President, Algirdas Brazauskas, to go to the United States and continue her college degree in Pittsburgh, PA. In 1998 Agnė moved to Pittsburg, where she graduated from Duquesne University, B.A, magna cum laude in 2000. While in college, she met her husband to be Daniel Krutules. She continued her education, and in 2004 she graduated from Georgia State University, J.D., magna cum laude. Agnė received the CALI awards for excellence in Mergers and Acquisitions, International Business Transactions, Trademark, and Immigration Law and also received the ABA/BNA award for excellence in the study of Intellectual Property Law. In 2007, she gave birth to her son Daniel Lukas Krutules.
Agnė was a brilliant lawyer. In 2004–2006 she served as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She worked as an Associate Attorney from 2006-2014 at Maloy Jenkins Parker, where she met her mentor Bruce Maloy. She was the Law Clerk of a senior District Court Judge at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia from 2014-2016. In 2016-2018 she was an Associate at the law firm of Freeman Mathis and Gary LLP. Her last place of employment was at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP as an Associate Lawyer, where she practiced in the areas of complex commercial litigation and products liability.
Agnė Adminaitė Krutules is preceded in death by her grandparents, Ona Kazlauskienė and Vytautas Kazlauskas, Ona Adminienė and Vytautas Adminas.
Agnė Adminaitė Krutules is survived by her son, Daniel Lukas Krutules, her ex-husband Daniel Krutules, her parents Vilija Adminienė and Vytautas Adminas, her Cadet sister Šarūnė Adminaitė-Mendoza, and her husband Justin Mendoza and their daughter Olivia, her Benjamin sister Dovilė Adminaitė-Fodor and her husband Gabor Adam Fodor. She also leaves behind her friends Dominique Duviella and Debbie Evans.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 10:30am at H. M. Patterson-Oglethorpe Hill, 4550 Peachtree Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319. A memorial service will begin at 11:30am with a reception immediately following the service.
