He was a beloved presence whose devotion to family and friends was evident not in grand declarations, but in the enduring way he showed up, again and again, with care and constancy. He resided in Atlanta, Georgia.

From his earliest days in Caracas, Andres carried a lasting curiosity that would shape his path. He later graduated from NYC for technical design, a milestone that reflected both discipline and a mind drawn to how things work, how they can be built, and how thoughtful design can bring ideas to life. That same spirit—grounded and faithful—remained with him throughout the years, anchoring the many chapters of his life.

At the heart of Andres’s story was his marriage to his high school sweetheart of 65 years, Yolanda Krohn. Their life together stood as a testament to enduring partnership and unwavering commitment, the kind of love that becomes a home for generations. He is survived by his wife, Yolanda Krohn; daughters Ingrid and Andreina; grandchildren Andrea, Simon, Aaron, Marco, and Ana Sofia; and great grand daughter Vega.

Andres found joy in the wide, beautiful meeting place between arts and science, appreciating both creativity and discovery. He also enjoyed swimming and nature—simple pleasures that offered renewal, peace, and a sense of connection to the world around him. In these moments, those who knew him best saw the quiet strength of his loyalty: a man who cherished what mattered, stayed true to what he loved, and made others feel safe in the steadiness of his care.
