
Annette Livingston Sage of Atlanta died October 15, 2011. Mrs. Sage was retired as Executive Director for the Georgia Society to Prevent Blindness; she was an accomplished artist and had received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Georgia State University. Mrs. Sage had served on the Board of Directors for several local hospitals and was a long time member of The Cathedral of St. Philip where she was a member of the Daughters of the King and served on the altar guild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Yale Sage, Jr. and her daughter, Meredith Sage Sargent. Surviving are daughter, Melissa Martin Sage of Atlanta; son, Dan Yale Sage, III of Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Ian McKinnley Sargent and Robin Taylor Sargent, both of Andrews, NC. Memorial services will be held Thursday, October 20 at 2 o’clock in the Mikell Chapel at The Cathedral of St. Philip. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the Gould Room.
