David is survived by his wife, Jeanne Kowalski Muegge, his daughter, Sophia Louise Muegge, his son, Nick Tayler Muegge, his sister Lara (David) Nokovich, his Mother, Linda (Dan) Maier-Tyler and his father, Arthur Emil (Pam) Muegge.
A celebration of David’s life will be held on Friday, April 3 at 10:00am at Bethany Lane Baptist Church, 3030 Bethany Lane Ellicott City, MD. 21042.
