Frank William Scroggins, 77, of Atlanta, died Thursday, August 12, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Baker Scroggins; his daughter, Deborah Scroggins; his son, Frank W. Scroggins, Jr.; his son-in-law, Colin Campbell; and three grandchildren: Anna Campbell, Elizabeth Campbell and Dylan Scroggins. Funeral services will be held at H.M. Patterson & Son, Spring Hill on Sunday, the fifteenth of August at five o’clock in the evening. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Spring Hill. A private burial will be held at Historic Oakland Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, to the attention of Steve Gottleib, 151 Spring Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.
