To the Mathews Family - I am a Deloitte alum that had the pleasure of first meeting Dwight during my summer internship in the early 1990s. He was an outstanding partner and mentor. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of bereavement.

To the Mathews family. I'd like to pass along my condolences for your loss. Dwight was indeed a mentor to many based on his knowledge, character, and integrity. I worked with Dwight for many years at Deloitte and always enjoyed our time together.

Dwight's devotion to North Georgia and what he returned to the university through the gifts of his time, talent & treasure far outweigh what he received during his first two years of college here in Dahlonega. The university's alumni family wishes to express our heartfelt condolences to the Matthews family.
