Mrs. Inez Scott Hamby, age 90 of Doraville, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011. Mrs. Hamby was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond C. Hamby. Survivors include; daughter, Gail Hamby; son, Ron Hamby and wife Priscilla Langley-Hamby and daughter, Yunetta Hamby. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Mrs. Hamby was a member of Chestnut Drive Church of Christ in Doraville. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6-8PM at H.M. Patterson and Son-Oglethorpe Hill. Funeral services for Mrs. Hamby will be held Saturday, November 12, 2011 at 2PM in the H.M. Patterson and Son-Oglethorpe Hill Chapel. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Memorial Park.
