Jimmie H. McEntire age 85 of Atlanta passed away July 10, 2012. She was a native of Atlanta and a loving wife and mother. Jimmie was preceded in death by her parents, James M. Hollowell and Ruth Bobbitt and her daughter, Carol Mansour. She is survived by her husband Joe T. McEntire and her children, Alan (Karen) Nix, Clinton Nix, and Michael (Robin) Nix, her stepchildren, Carolyn Stover and Tommy McEntire, 7 grandchildren, 7 step grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday July 13, 2012 from 6:00-8:00pm at Patterson Spring Hill Chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday July 14, 2012 at 11:00am at Patterson Spring Hill Chapel; burial will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park.
