

Justin Frederick Vaughan, age 28, of Atlanta, died Friday, May 31, 2013. Justin attended Westminster Academy in Atlanta for 8 years, and then graduated high school from Mercersburg Academy in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania in 2003. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and was currently attending Penn State University. Mr. Vaughan was the Vice President and Director of Technology at Carnegie Wealth Strategies in Atlanta, and a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Atlanta. Justin enjoyed living life to its fullest and had many varied interests, including golf, skeet shooting, scuba diving, traveling, and hunting, among others. Justin’s greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Vaughan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty & John Watters of Charleston, West Virginia, and Mildred & Frank Vaughan of Conway, South Carolina. He is survived by his parents, James & Jo Vaughan, his brother, Nicholas Ashton Vaughan, all of Atlanta, his girlfriend, Grace Chu of Atlanta, his loving Labrador companion, Oscar, numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins , and a host of family and friends. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 11 O’clock in the morning at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at a reception following the interment in the McDonough Hall of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. There will be a vigil service Tuesday, June 4, 2013 starting at 6:30 in the evening at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
