Katherine Stanley Johnson, 97, of Atlanta, GA, passed away on March 17, 2017. She taught math in high school, was a member of the Capital City Country Club and the Atlanta Athletic Club. Katherine is preceded in death by her husband, Martin Latimer Johnson and is survived by her daughter, Kary Johnson; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 1 0'clock in the afternoon at Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions are made to Furkids Animal Rescue, www.furkids.org, Good Mews Animal Foundation, www.goodmews.org and the American Heart Association, www.heart.org.
