With profound sorrow and faith in God's eternal mercy, we announce the passing of Klaus Dieter Kirschenbauer, a devoted husband and loving father, on January 31st, 2025, at the age of 63. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family and strengthened by the Sacraments of the Holy Church.
Klaus was a pillar of strength and guidance to his beloved wife, Marguerite, to whom he was married for 34 years. Together, they built a home in Georgia centered on love, loyalty, and kindness. He was the cherished father of two sons Paul and Alexander, who will forever hold his gentility, patience, and wisdom in their hearts.
Klaus was preceded in death by his father, Paul, and mother, Helga, both of Munich, Germany. Klaus is survived by his wife, Marguerite, his two sons, Paul and Alexander, and his two sisters, Evelyn and Christine, of Munich, Germany.
A Requiem Mass will be offered for the repose of his soul on Saturday, February 8th, at Our Lady of the Mountains Catholic Church, with Father Tri of the Archdioceses of Atlanta, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Mass intentions be offered for his soul or donations be made to the Mountain Conservation Trust of Georgia.
May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
