Marian Hudson Garner, 87, of Atlanta died August 30, 2010, preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, William Morris Garner, parents, Marion Wesley Hudson, Louella Hardy Hudson Pearson and step-father, William Chester Pearson. Survivors include her son, Robert W. Garner, daughters and sons-in-law, Marcia and Greg Huddleston, Nancy and Mike Wroblewski, grandchildren, Megan and Jon Wroblewski and Nick Huddleston. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, September 4 at 11 o’clock at Oglethorpe Hill Chapel with interment to follow at Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peachtree Christian Hospice, 3430 Duluth Park Lane, Duluth, Georgia, 30096. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 at H.M. Patterson & Son, Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, 4550 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30319.
