

Marjorie Fields Grace, 90, of Sandy Springs died March 25, 2011. Mrs. Grace was born January 31, 1921, in Birmingham, Alabama, to Lillian Leeth Fields and Julius Earl Fields. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Marjorie Lynn Grace, brother, Earl Julius Fields, and sister Marion Jeanette Fields. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 71 years, Cary Henderson Grace, brother William Allen Fields, daughter Sherry Grace Cloud and husband Burt Cloud of Atlanta, grandson Cary Randall Cloud and wife Catherine May Cloud of Atlanta, granddaughter Lindsey Grace Cloud of Arlington, Virginia, and two great granddaughters, Taylor Grace Cloud and Abby Caroline Cloud of Atlanta, Georgia. Mrs. Grace was a devoted Christian, loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was the consummate hostess, gourmet cook and master bridge player - the epitome of a homemaker from the Greatest Generation. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 3, 2011, at Peachtree Christian Church. The family will welcome visitors after the service in Stew Wood Hall at the church.
