Dr. Michael T. Melneck

Dr. Michael T. Melneck, a kind and gentle person died June 14, 2011. He was a loving father and husband and is survived by wife, Gloria J. Melneck of Atlanta; daughter, Elizabeth (James) Maurer of Landisville, PA; son, Michael Melneck of Atlanta; grandchildren, Christopher Maurer and Allison Maurer of Landisville, PA; sister, Elizabeth Melneck of Little Falls, NJ. Dr. Melneck was a graduate of Fairleigh-Dickenson College in Madison, NJ and also the Emory University Dental School where he was a member of Delta Sigma Delta. He practiced dentistry in Linden, NJ for 30 years; he was a Navy Veteran of WW II. Memorial services will be held Friday, June 17 at 4 o’clock at The Cathedral of Christ the King. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Cathedral. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Melneck Fund at the CDC Foundation, Advancement Office, 55 Park Place, Suite 400, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.
