Blessed with beauty and grace, both inside and out, Phoebe was a gifted equestrian and enjoyed spending her free time riding her horses Zarena and Cierra with her dear friends at Westbrook Stables.
Phoebe was also a loyal supporter of Buckhead Church, where she attended weekly service and spiritual support groups that blessed and enriched her life in immeasurable ways.
Phoebe was born on October 2, 1960 and spent the majority of her life living in Atlanta. She also relished spending time at her residence in the Turks and Caicos, where she was loved by many for her free spirit, contagious smile and biting wit.
Phoebe was a fiercely loyal and compassionate friend and will be missed by the many loved ones she leaves behind.
Phoebe is survived by her husband, Johnny Stephenson, and her two beautiful daughters, Ansley and Brooke, who were her proudest and most monumental achievements, and who gave her life purpose and meaning.
A private memorial service will be held Saturday October 20 at Arlington cemetery for her family and close friends.
I lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to The University of Georgia Foundation to benefit the Veterinary Teaching Hospital:
