Ruth Bell Cook, 86 of Chamblee died October 31, 2011. She is survived by her son, Greg (Elaine) Cook; daughter-in-law, Joclyn Cook; grandchildren, Clint (Kimberly) Cook, Casie Cook and Carie Cook Lee; great grandson, Cale Cook. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 3, at 1 PM at Oglethorpe Hill Chapel with Reverend Sara Webb Phillips and Reverend Don Shannon officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Brookhaven United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 9 at H. M. Patterson & Son Oglethorpe Hill 4550 Peachtree Road, N.E. Atlanta, GA 30319
