Susan Allen Blass

Susan Allen Blass, 69, of Atlanta, GA, passed away on December 1, 2024. Born in Albany, GA, she was the daughter of Thomas Julian Allen and Rachel Bostick Allen. A graduate of Westover High School and Darton College, Susan enjoyed a lifelong career as a dental hygienist, working with some of Atlanta’s most respected dentists and forming lasting friendships with her patients.

She is survived by her children, Brittany Blass Brockway (Frank) of Atlanta and Brian Blass of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren Ava Claire and Grant Thomas Brockway; sisters Rachel Creech of Albany and Claire Sellers (Elliott) of Riverdale; nephew Greg Creech (Tabitha) of Albany; niece Colleen Rowe of Leesburg; and many beloved great-nieces, a great-nephew, and extended family.

A devoted animal lover, Susan shared a special bond with her dogs, Cody and Ellie, and supported numerous animal rescue organizations.

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mutt Madd-ness or an animal rescue organization of choice.
