Theophilus was a proud graduate of Tennessee State University, where he earned a degree in Aeronautics and received a commercial pilot license. He was also a successful entrepreneur who owned and operated his own exterminating business.
A longtime devoted member of St. Paul of the Cross, Theophilus was a well-known pillar of the community. He was admired for his kind heart, generosity, and willingness to help family, neighbors, and anyone he encountered along life’s journey.
Theophilus Dinwiddie Jr. was preceded in death by his father, Theophilus Dinwiddie Sr.; his mother, Doris Dinwiddie; his sister, Jacqueline Dinwiddie; and his brother, Gregory Dinwiddie.
He leaves to cherish his memory four sisters: Arquilla Dinwiddie Smith of Dallas, Texas; Linda Moore of Ardmore, Oklahoma; Denise Young of Sherman, Texas; and Mervin Dinwiddie of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two brothers: John Dinwiddie of Ardmore, Oklahoma, and Steven Jackson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
