William J. "Bill" Daley, Retired Master Sergeant U.S.A.F, Reserves age 77 of Chamblee passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 from complications after heart surgery. He was born in Atlanta, GA and was a 1956 graduate of Georgia Military Academy. He attended Georgia State College in Atlanta and several other architectural schools. He served 34 years in the USAFR as a medic. He was a member of the Civil Air Patrol and American Legion Post 0001. He was preceded in death by his parents Vincent and Bernice Daley and his beloved son, Joe Daley. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Dolly Hadley Daley, brother, Vincent A. Daley, of Shelton, CT, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and his beloved dogs. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at H.M. Patterson & Son, Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, 4550 Peachtree Road, NE Atlanta, GA 30319. A Military graveside service will be held Friday, September 20, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Westview Cemetery, 1680 Westview Dr. SW, Atlanta, GA.
