Bill is the son of Genie Vick and is preceded in death by his father Frank O’Shields.
Bill is survived by his wife, Robin W. O’Shields; sons, Joe O’Shields and Chadwick O’Shields; daughter Madison O’Shields along with his two sisters Lauri Tipton and Tammy O’Shields
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church: 3180 Peachtree Rd. NE Atlanta, Georgia 30305.
A reception will follow at Chastain Horse Park: 4371 Powers Ferry Rd. NW Atlanta, Georgia 30327.
