Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother and wonderful homemaker to her family. She was a member of the Attalla Senior Citizens group and won several awards.
She was preceded in death by her husband Johnny Lee; parents, Jessie Boyd and Joseph Jordan; sisters, Elizabeth Jordan, and Tinnie Bradley; brothers, Jackie Ray Jordan, and Wayne Jordan.
Barbara is survived by her children, Ernest (Mike) Samples, Donna S. (Ray) Taylor, Becky Duncan, Selina Vasek, and Denise (Michael) Messier; and brother, Joseph "Pete" (Linda) Jordan; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Amedisys Hospice nurses, Payton, Kelsi, Blaise, Hannah and special friend, Sue Fulmer.
