Bobby Ray Gillilan age 78 of Altoona passed away June 9, 2024. Graveside Service will be at 11am Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Pineview Cemetery with Brother Donnie Patterson officiating. Visitation will be at the cemetery prior to the service from 10:30 until 11am.
Bobby was a Recovery Room Nurse at Gadsden Regional Medical Center for 49 years. He was an Artist and a past member of the Gadsden Museum of Art.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Gillilan; son, Ricky Munn; mother, Bobbie Faye Gillilan; father, James Ray Gillilan; grandson, Brandon Munn; and brothers, Danny Gillilan (Diane) and James Robert Gillilan.
He is survived by his sons, Joshua Gillilan and Bobby (Debra) Munn; sister, Tammy Gillilan Zills; brother, Cleary Gillilan; granddaughter, Pam Munn; grandsons, Wesley Munn (Kristin Moore), James Munn Jr. (Candy), Brent (Annie) Munn; daughter in law, Nancy Munn.
Pallbearers will be Ron Kiker and family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
