Carol "Janie" Brown

Carol "Janie" Brown, 74, of Attalla passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2020. A private family service will be held with burial at Shiloh Cemetery. Rev. Mark Martin will officiate. Morgan Funeral Chapel will be in charge of the service.

Mrs. Brown was a member of Gallant Rd. Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved Jesus, flowers, crafts and being outdoors. She was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Thompson; father, John Henry Thompson and Donald Thrasher.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Brown; daughter, Cindy (Paul) Ensign; son, Danny (Shannon) Brown; daughter, Lisa (Adam) Ensign; daughter, Kim Rhodes; daughter, Lisa Minyard; brother, Mike (Cecilia) Thompson; grandson, Blake (Ashley) Ensign; granddaughter, Emily (Wesley) Legendre; granddaughter, Faith (Chris) Brigmon; granddaughter, Kelsi (Mark) Walker; granddaughter, Megan Brown; granddaughter, Sabrina Brown and grandson, Bric Martin.

Pallbearers will be Danny Brown, Paul Ensign, Blake Ensign, Wesley Legendre and Mark Walker.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bridgette Wise, Encompass Health and Gallant Road Baptist Church.
