She was born on October 7th in Montreal Canada however, she spent the majority of her life in South Florida. She took care of everyone around her and made a career for herself as a nurse. Nurse by day and armchair detective by night as she loved her murder mystery shows. She loved Elvis, cheesecake and the beach but most of all she loved her grandchildren. She was an eternal optimistic who could always look on the bright side. The best mother and grandmother, she gave us all more than we could ever hope to give in return and we will miss her every day.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ralph Cotney.
She is survived by her daughter, Darleen (Michael) Mastrogiovanni; sons, Ernie Davis and Michael (Patricia) Palacios; grandchildren, Ronald Yates, Tisa Zelaya, Vincent and Selena Palacios.
