Sincere condolences for a true gentleman. Dale was a sharp professional who could carry out tough assignments of instituting discipline with a good measure of companion. He always left you feeling uplifted when he had been in your presence.  A true asset to have known him.

Dale and I shared a lot of good times. He was a good man and a good friend. My prayer for his family members is that you remember him well and live well with God’s help and guidance.

We were introduced to Dale’s smiling face in the early 90’s.  He lived in Sevier County and worked in Pigeon Forge at our family’s hotel.  We became forever friends.  He was always so kind and ready to make you smile.  When he moved back to Alabama, he kept in touch.  Always told Dwayne and I he loved us.  Where did all the time go?  Our world grew a little bit darker with this loss but heaven gained a radiant angel.  Prayers to his family and friends.  We are so sorry for your loss and share your tears.

I met Dale many years ago thru his Mom.  He was like a little brother.  He was a super nice man.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family today.  Heaven has gained an angel.  He would laugh about that. Love you Dale.


I met Dale many years ago when he worked as our security on my job. He was always happy & kept us laughing with his jokes. He was always genuinely polite & represented well the uniform he wore as a Gadsden Police Officer. 
One of my favorite people over the years & then he married a dear friend of mine. I love the happiness I see of the life ya’ll shared,  Kim.   God bless you & everyone who loved this special man!  You have my love & prayers 

Dale is my brother. I had the privilege of sharing my entire life with Dale. I have so many wonderful memories. Christmas, holidays, football games, family vacations or just being together... Dale never missed a family gathering. He loved his nieces and nephews like his own. He loved going to church. He had so many friends. Dale, Deborah and I had a bond that was never to be broken. We shared his last weekend together before going into the hospital and I know that was a special gift from the Lord. We were best friends and he will always live on in us. 

Dale and I were friends for 50(+) years. One had better be ready for his witty humor, occasionally blended with a sarcastic tone(all in fun, of course).  He was a delight to be around.  When we would have lunch, in recent years, he would always tell me he loved me when we were done. We had many good times through the years, went to a number of Bama games, and just enjoyed visiting with each other. Dale was a special friend that will be missed by me and many others. Sharon and I will be praying for all the family. May God bless and comfort you all during this difficult time.

The Stars Will Certainly Be Shining Brighter, Heaven Has Certainly Gained Another Angel!....I Was Proud To Call Dale My Friend!....I Met Him When He Hadn't Been A Policeman For Very Long,  He Was A Fine Christian Man....Always Knew How To Make Someones Day A Little Bit Brighter!....I Know That He Will Be Missed!....Prayers For His Family And Friends!.....

My husband and I was saddened when we found out Dale had passed... I worked at the credit union for many years and Dale was there as security.... He was so kind, loving and was willing to help others.... Last time we saw him was at Jerry's Pharmacy and we had a catch up session.... he will be truly missed.... sending our condolences to his family... Prayers for you all..... 


Dale may have been my brother-in-law in name but oh he was so much more to me. He was who I depended on. Who I cooked for (and  would try anything. ). Who had my back...always. I feel lost without my “partner”. So many times Dale would say, “Just between us girls....” and then we would precede to solve all the world’s problems.
I loved him for loving my sister, my parents and me.  Dale will be missed more than he could imagine. 💔

Dale was always alert, efficient ,and caring. He truly treated others better than he would treat himself.  I enjoyed his company, appreciated his work ethic and valued his friendship.  We shared an interest in the Tide.  May God bless his family and many friends ;our  life is better for having known him!

I met Dale in the early 70's at Big Boy resturant.  He an Mike Bowman were a pair.  So funny.  They would come to our house an we always was in for a treat. Every time I saw Dale years later he always had that same smile and we would part laughing.  Much love for a dear sweet friend.  Prayers for family. RIP dear friend... You are in good hands!

Dale was my brother-in-law many years ago when I was a kid.  I have fond memories of visiting when he was married to my sister, Michelle.  I remember he was always a witty person, always making jokes.  I remember that he would play games with me and keep me entertained when I was there.  I always enjoyed being around him.  And I remember my sister bringing me on a trip to Florida with Dale, Kristy, and some other friends when I was young.  Special memories.  Always up for a good time.  Always fun to be around.  I will always consider him family and have fond memories of Dale.  Rest in Peace.  God Bless

Dale and I worked at Kroger’s in the late 60’s. Hard work but also fun, he was funny all the time. Many years passed , I didn’t know where he had gotten off to. I worked with this beautiful person who loved God and Dale. Then Kim and I put it together the same Dale. 
He was a joy to be around, always. He loved his Kim for a long time, long before they were married. Dale loved God, and shared his love every time he saw you. Love you- Larry and Lynn
