Donald Lewis Kircus, 57, of Rainbow City, passed away February 3, 2021. Burial will be in Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Morgan Funeral Chapel directing.
Donnie loved Alabama football, car shows, working on cars, going to trade day, looking for Hot Wheels with his son Tyler, going to movies, eating at Longhorn Steak House and Twin Peaks and watching CSI crime shows.
Donnie never met a stranger and would always lend a hand whenever he was needed. He always had a big smile on his face and was always up for an adventure.
Donnie was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Kircus; brothers; Eddie Kircus, Ronnie Kircus, and Tommy Kircus.
He is survived by his sons, Tyler (Beth) Kircus and Matt (Payton) Kircus; grandchildren, Emery Kircus, Kaytee Kircus, Broxyn Whaley, and Bexley Bowman; mother, Pauline Jordan; sister, Theresa (Scott) Johnson; mother of his sons, Phala Kircus; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Kircus, Matt Kircus, Randall Mayne, Matt Johnson, Brody Barker and Trey Kilgore. Honorary pallbearers will be Jamesion Nance, Blake Smith, Robby Duncan, Drew Clay, Matt Stovall, Blake Stovall, Steven Patterson and Wyman Thompson.
