Frances June Bishop

Frances June Bishop, 72, Attalla, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Wednesday, November 22, 2017. Visitation will be from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 26th at Morgan Funeral Chapel with a grave-side service immediately following at Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Brother Earl Mitchell will officiate.

June was a longtime member of Siberton Baptist Church in Attalla. She was a homemaker as well as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Spending time with her family and loved ones was her passion in life.

June is survived by her sons, Danny (Susan) Bishop, Rainbow City, and Mark (Kelly) Bishop, Attalla; four grandchildren, Cody, Tyler, Madison and Andrew Bishop; one great-grandson, Aiden Tyler Bishop; Chosen granddaughter, Karley Crawford; Two brothers, two sisters, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Lester Earl Bishop.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Bishop, Cody Bishop, Andrew Bishop, Chance Crawford, Blane Payne and Greg Walker.

The family would like to thank the 8th floor medical staff at Gadsden Regional Medical Center as well as the staff of Amedisys Hospice for their amazing care and compassion. Everyone was such a blessing and joy to her during her recent, sudden illness. The family would also like to thank family members and friends for your calls, visits and prayers.

June was loved by so many and will be missed each and everyday! Until we see you again Gran… We Love You!
