A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Mrs. Hicks at her home for family and friends on Sunday, May 25, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at 3545 Julie St. Rainbow City, AL 35906.
She was preceded in death by her son, Randy Joseph King; husband, Harry Hicks; mother, Bula B. Starling; father, Robert L. Starling; and brothers, Leon Starling and C.L. Starling.
Mrs. Hicks is survived by her son, Anthony S. King; daughter, Angela Allison (Lacy); son, Brian K. King (Vickie); son, Robert L. King; and son, Matthew E. Ledbetter (Amy); and grandchildren, Brent Elliott (Tiffany), Joey Stephens, Brad King (Kacey), B.J. King (Allyson), Monica Frazier (Ryan), Justin King (Jill), and Gage Ledbetter (Morgan). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and her special sister, Mary Campbell.
