Hazel Virginia Bradley

Funeral Service will be held at 2pm Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Morgan Funeral Chapel with her sons, James Bradley and Danny Bradley officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:30 until 2pm. Burial at Altoona Walnut Grove Cemetery.

Hazel’s actions proved that as a devoted Baptist Christian, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, her most cherished treasure was her beloved family. She was a dedicated employee at Burtons Grocery in Altoona for over 30 years. She was famed in Walnut Grove for her homemade fried apple pies. She loved gardening, sewing, cross stitch and embroidery. Hazel is well loved by a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by parents, Clifford and Glodis Ellison; husband, Norman Eugene “Gene” Bradley; grandson, Waylon Bradley; brothers, Charles Ellison, Bobby Ellison and Wayne Ellison.

Hazel is survived by her sons, James Bradley (Peggy) and Danny Bradley (Michelle); brothers, Bill Ellison (Linda), Larry Ellison, Johnny Ellison (Stacy) and Michael Ellison; sister, Linda McClung; grandchildren, Brandi Stidham (Dominic), Brooke Johnson (Michael), Scott Bradley, Jacob Bradley (Haley), Daniel Bradley; great grandchildren, Micah Faulkner, Andrew Stidham, Kalan Stidham, Shaelyn Stidham, Teagan Johnson, Tate Johnson, Griff Shields, and Baby Bradley.
