Jackey Lynn England

Funeral Services for Jackey Lynn England, age 71 of Springville, who passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021, will be at Morgan Funeral Chapel on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Mike Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow at the England Family Cemetery in Springville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m.

Jackey was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He worked in construction and was considered a master builder. His hobbies included camping, woodworking, fixing things and working on his Chevelle. He always enjoyed seeing a job finished and took pride in his work.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Chester “Jack” Lloyd and Delilah Belle Johnson England; sister, Wyness Elaine Beasley and nephew, Chris England.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Sheila Sherrer England; children: Tonya England, Sonya England and Justin (Rachel) England; grandchildren: Kate and Jack England; brother, Farrell England; brother-in-law, Johnny Beasley and numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Farrell England, John England, Travis Kennedy, Marcus Self, Keith Bearden and Kealton Pruett.

Honorary pallbearers: Stanley Anderson, Danny Sherrer, Randy Sherrer, Danny Walker, Mack Gilliland, Jerry Curtis, Buster England, Roy Hathcock, Jeff Brown and Jim “Top” Walker.
