Janice Marie Fortenberry

Funeral services will be at 2:30 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Morgan Funeral Chapel for Janice Marie Fortenberry, 78, who died on May 10, 2020. Sister Teresa Chapman and Brother Tommy Green will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in the Egypt Community. Morgan Funeral Chapel and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Fortenberry was an active member of the Church of Love. She loved to spend time with friends and family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Fortenberry; her mother, Nannie Francis Hopper and her brother, Jimmy Hopper.

She is survived by her sons, Tim (Robin) Fortenberry ,Keith (Jennifer) Fortenberry, Michael Fortenberry; sisters, June (George) Colvin, Lindy (Roger) Daugherty; grandchildren, Wesley Fortenberry, Kaylee Fortenberry, Cody Fortenberry, Mickey Fortenberry, Angelique Fortenberry, Bobby Fortenberry; numerous nieces, nephews and friends and special friend, Cynthia Laird.

Pallbearers will be Dexter Colvin, Gary Cline, Kenneth Payne, Clyde Williams, Jarrett Williams, Wesley Fortenberry, Cody Fortenberry and Jeff Minyard.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm-2:30 pm at Morgan Funeral Chapel.
