Jerry, Paw Paw, Douglas, 78, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 13. He was greeted at the pearly gates by the love of his life Frances.
Jerry was a gentle, kind and very special man. He always wanted the best for his family and very proud of his kids and the family he helped raise for over 50 years. His actions spoke much louder than any words by his caring and selfless giving to everyone. He always will be remembered as one of the strongest people you'd ever know, and with a heart of gold.
He fought a tough battle, yet his kindness was always with him till his last breath, always thinking that tomorrow would be a better day. His life was an inspiration to all on how to love.
