Funeral Service will be held at 2p.m. on Saturday September 23, 2017 at Morgan Funeral Chapel.
Visitation will be prior to the service on Saturday from 1 until 2p.m.
Graveside service will follow at Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery off Tabor Rd.
John was a member of Calera Church of Christ. John served in the United States Marine Corps.
He is survived by his father, John A. Bowen; mother, Mary Ann (Bill) Albert; brother, James Andrew Bowen; sister, Kari Leigh Bowen, and niece, Devyn Taylor Bowen.
Pallbearers will be Dannie Box, Chris King, Neil Roberson, and Jayson Roberson.
Honorary pallbearers will be male members of Calera Church of Christ.
