Joyce Lee Roden

A visitation at morgan funeral chapel for Joyce will be held Monday, August 5, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a graveside at Liberty United Baptist Church Cemetery, County Road 4, Boaz, Alabama 35957, at 4:00 PM.

She was known for her beautiful quilts and sewing skills. She leaves behind a legacy of service and kindness, her gentle strength, touching the lives of everyone she knew with an unforgettable grace.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Bobby V. Roden, daughter, Deborah Roden Phillips, son, Mark D. Roden, infant son, David L. Roden.

Survived by her daughter, JoMarie Allsup, granddaughter, Kendra Kenworthy (Zak), grandson, Daniel Roden (Brittney), great granddaughter, Kinleigh Poe.

Pallbearers: Zane Allsup, Daniel Roden, Zak Kenworthy, George Phillips, Larry Means, Michael McCormac.
