Larry Freeman

A visitation for Larry will be held Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Morgan Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 625 Gilbert Ferry Rd SE, Attalla, AL 35954. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM officiated by Pastor Lennie Carroll. A committal service will take place following the funeral at Beason Cove Cemetery, 420 Beason Cove Rd, Steele, AL, 35987

Wayne had a deep love for God, cherished his family dearly, and found joy in everything the outdoors had to offer. He was a faithful and devoted member of Sand Valley Assembly of God and dearly loved his church family. He was a man who could always be counted on-he had a way of making you laugh and feel loved every time you were around him. He was the perfect example of what a father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend should be. He will be dearly missed by all.

Wayne is preceded in death by his Wife, Doris Freeman; Parents, Claude and Audie Freeman; Brothers, Norman and Marion Freeman; and Sisters, Opal, Viola and Patsy.

He is survived by his Son, Brian (Monica) Freeman; Daughter Danielle Freeman; Grandchildren, Kelsey (Harith) Freeman, Devin (Natalie) Freeman, Kaitlyn Parrish, Tyler (Katelyn) Freeman, Kylah (Jason) Copeland; and Great-granddaughter, Kouvr Jane Copeland; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Harith Aldaradkeh, Jason Copeland, Donald Freeman, Andrew Morris, Wayne Mashburn, and Brad Scoggins.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to everyone for their love and support during their time of bereavement.
