Lisa Roden

Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Cauthen and her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Lisa is survived by her mother, Audry Cauthen, brother, Rodney Cauthen, husband, Tracie Roden, her children, Cody (Ashley) Wain, Candice (Kyle) Walker, her stepson Dakota (Kala) Roden, her grandchildren, Jayden Wain, Jaxon Wain and Easton Roden, and several other family members and others that she considered her family.

Lisa was one of the best people, she was a good daughter, sister, mother, wife, nana, and friend. She was always trying to help people in any way she could, even if that meant she was giving you advice that you may not want to hear because she always spoke her mind and gave you brutally honest opinions. She was also always making sure everyone was laughing and having a good time with all her silly faces and remarks. She was a good listener, a good sounding board and could always find a solution for just about anything, from what to say to someone to anything to do with crafts, or even how to fix things. She loved the outdoors, fishing, going out on the boat, playing in her flowers and all animals.

Lisa, a.k.a Nana, absolutely loved and adored her grandchildren. All three of them were just about all she talked about. She was so proud of everything they have accomplished and she would do her best to be at anything that they were involved in.

There will be a private viewing service for family at Morgan Funeral home in Attalla, AL. The family plans to have a celebration of life for her later on and will give the details at a later time. In lieu of flower bouquets, if anyone feels the need to give any, we would prefer if potted plants were given so that we can enjoy them longer.
