Lloyd was a Navy Veteran in military intelligence. After service, he became a police officer and then a K-9 officer. He truly loved working with dogs and showing young school children what his K-9 dogs could do. Lloyd had a marvelous sense of humor.
Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents Louis Neal Van Bibber and Dora Van Bibber.
He is survived by his wife Pauline F. Van Bibber, sister Donna Vernot, and stepsons Paul E. George and David S. George.
