Visitation will be prior to the service from 12 until 2pm. Burial at Hopewell Cemetery in Ashville.
Marcella enjoyed spending time with her family, serving her community, playing tennis, fishing, and the beach. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Eugene Carter; parents, William and Beatrice Morgan. She is survived by her son, Craig (Kelly) Carter; daughter, Cheryl Carter Hall; grandchildren, Nathan Hall, Madeline Carter, and Ramsey Carter.
