Marsha Ann Byers

Marsha Ann Byers, 58 of Rainbow City, passed away on June 29, 2022. Funeral Service will be at 1 p.m Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Morgan Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12 until 1 p.m. Burial to follow at Old Harmony Cemetery in Rainbow City. Lisa Kennedy to officiate.

Marsha was born in Gadsden, AL. She resided in Rainbow City where she raised her family. She was a loving, dedicated daughter, mother, and grandmother. Those who knew Marsha would tell you she was the most generous, selfless, loving soul who would give the shirt off her back and she always put the needs of others before her own. She enjoyed spending her Saturdays with loved ones watching auburn football. Whether through her work or in her personal life she was always looking out for other people. Her final years were no different as they were spent caring for her aging Mother. Marsha will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Preceded in death by her husband, Todd Byers; and her brother, Mark Medlin.

She is survived by her father, Roland Medlin; mother, Ann Medlin; sister, Tammy Medlin (Eric Almond); son, Brandon Byers (Andrea Morgan); daughter, Brittany Byers (Justin McNair); grandsons, Cason Dugger and Hunter McNair; granddaughters, Emma Morgan and Lenna Grace Harper McNair; nephew, Braden Almond; niece, Alexis Carter; and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Pallbearers will be Chris Tidmore, Russell Holliday, Steven Holliday, Bradley Saylor, Logan Saylor, and Eric Almond.
