Martha Jane Dorsett

Funeral Service will be at 12pm Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Morgan Funeral Chapel with Pastor Doug Baker officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10 until 12pm.

Burial at Williams Southside Memorial Park.

Martha was a member of City Church (Rainbow City Church of God). She loved her pastor and church family and enjoyed all church activities. She was the owner and operator of Rainbow Exxon for over 24 years. Martha enjoyed living in and visiting California and most of all spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Dorsett; parents, Sam and Ruth Wilson; brother, Kenneth Wilson; and sister, Sandra Crabtree.

She is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Mike) Dunn, Robin (Larry) Verbockel; brother, Glenn (Renee) Wilson; grandchildren, Ashley (Adam) Nash, Sam Dunn, Alyssa Verbockel, Andrew Verbockel; great grandchildren, Harleigh and Hayley Nash and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and uncle.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Fugat, Kenny Minton, Stephen Heathcock, Renee Green, Johnnie Jones and Corey O’tanger.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to City Church or a charity of your choice.
