Marvin Wain Cash

Funeral Services for Mr. Cash will be held at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Attalla, on Friday, August 30, 2024.

Visitation will be held in the Chapel from 12:00 pm until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Mrs. Melanie Landis will be presenting her father's eulogy. A Graveside service with Military Honors will follow at Rainbow Memorial Gardens.

Marvin was born on January 28, 1961, in Gadsden, to Roy Lee Cash and Bobbie Lou Wain. He was a 1979 graduate of Southside High School and served in the Air Force for 11 years, including multiple foreign deployments. Marvin worked at Lockheed Martin both in Texas and Colorado for a total of 25 years. Upon returning to Alabama, he worked at Lowe’s for 8 years and Inline Electric for over a year. Marvin enjoyed adventures riding his Victory motorcycle, traveling, and visiting his grandson in Colorado. He will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Lee and Bobbie Lou Cash; sister, Donna Faye Cash; brother, Roy Lynn Cash; and nephew Tommy Cash.

Marvin is survived by his wife of 45 years, Wanda Couch Cash; daughter, Melanie Cash Landis; son-in- law, Jeremy Landis; grandson, Theodore Wayne Landis; brother, Bryan Cash; sister-in-law, Sheila Cash; nieces, Amanda Cash Shores, Lauren Cash, Jnifr Cash Hill, and Jessica Couch Puckett; stepmom, Virginia Cash; and a host of loving family members and friends. He will be missed dearly.

Pallbearers will be Derick Puckett, Jonathan Puckett, Barry Hill, Darren Gilbreath, Dave Wain, Steve Stancil, and Bruce Shores.

Morgan Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
