Funeral services will be at 11:00am, April 23, 2021 at Morgan Funeral Chapel for Mary Elizabeth Mehurg Baker who went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2021. Rev. Earl Mitchell will be officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mary was born August 4, 1932 to the late Albert and Evelyn Mehurg. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Attalla where she cherished the worship and fellowship. She was a graduate of the Alabama School for the Deaf where she met her husband, the love of her life, the late Robert "Bob" Baker.
Mary was a tremendous mom.
Mary is survived by son, James (Ramona) Baker, grandchildren, Lucas (Amy Elizabeth) Baker; Alexandra Elizabeth Baker and her great granddaughter, Reagan Elizabeth Baker.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the memorial fund at the First Baptist Church of Attalla.
The family will receive friends Friday from 10 am-11:00am at Morgan Chapel.
