Maxine Dillard

Maxie Dillard 77 passed away March 30, 2018. Graveside service will be at 2pm Monday April 2, 2018 at Conn Cemtery with Sister Theresa Chapman officiating. Visitation will be from 12 until 1:30 Monday at Morgan Funeral Chapel.

Ms. Dillard accepted Christ many years ago, she would attend the Church of Love when she could. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a wonderful wife and homemaker.

She was preceded in death by the late James Dillard, Watler Chandler, her mother, Ella Stover; son, Kenneth Dillard; daughter, Karen Segers and grandson, Christopher Segers Jr.

Ms. Dillard is survived by Brenda (Bobby Joe) O'dell, Carol (Bruce) Bigelow, Kathy (Chris) Richey, Phillip (Chris) Dillard, Barbara (Rodney) Lemons, Gary (Gina) Dillard, and Timmy (Tammy) Dillard; special caregivers: Barbara Lemons, Maxie Lemons, and Taylor Crawford; 23 grandchildren and 45 great grandchildren.

The family would like to give thanks to Compassus Hlme Health, the nurse Jessica and aide Emily.

Pallbearers will be Rodney Lemons, Johnny Arevalo, Taylor Crawford, Kemmie Dillard, CJ Knight, and Jeff Garrett.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Knight.

Visitation is from 12 until 1:30 at Morgan Chapel then graveside service following at 2pm at Conn Cemtery in Gallant.
