A celebration of life will be Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020, at 3:00 p.m., at Morgan Funeral Chapel for Maylee Charlotte Lister, 1 year old, of Altoona, who passed away Thursday, February 27th, 2020. Rhett Lister will officiate. Arrangements under the direction of Morgan Funeral Chapel & Crematory.
Maylee was a 25 week micro preemie. She was born a fighter and faced many obstacles in her life and won. The last fight was when she won the ultimate victory and was taken home to be with The Lord. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Charlotte Brumblow, and James Tucker.
Survivors include her parents, Rhett and Kimberly Lister; grandparents, Kathie and Randall Pendergrass, Jeremy Couey, Marsha and Buddy McCay.
The family would like to express a special thanks to UAB Women’s and Infants Center, Children’s of Alabama, and to Walnut Grove and all surrounding communities for their loving support.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
