Michael has seen the goodness of life through the good and bad with God’s hand guiding him throughout. He loved reading his Bible, conversing about cars, fishing, and his prized past of racking horses, with friends and family. Michael was an avid fisherman, participating in many tournaments. If you were looking for Mike, you could find him on the river. In his passion for antique cars, he loved collecting and restoring them, spending many hours perfecting his collection and going to car shows. There was never a minute wasted when he didn’t find time for his hobbies with friends and family. Earlier in his life, when he and Liz were starting their family, they raised racking horses, taking them to shows in different states, and winning many awards. In his endeavors and goals after graduating, he started his career with Bowman Trucking Company where he received multiple awards. After 25 years of loyalty to the company, he retired. He then helped co-found and build a company, Covenant Pools & Spas in Rainbow City, AL. where he served his community for 23 years. Micheal loved making conversation with people finding anything & everything to talk about. He will be greatly missed.
