A Memorial service will be held for Patsy on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Oak Hill Cemetery prior inurnment. Steve Phillips, Patsy's nephew, will officiate and Savannah Murphy will sing.
Patsy was born on March 31, 1951, to Dewey and Kathleen Garmany. She lived in Attalla for the most of her life. Patsy loved to eat potato chips, drink Dr. Pepper, sweet tea, and listening to country music.
She is preceded in death by her mother; Kathleen Garmany; father, Dewey Garmany; and brother, Floyd Garmany.
Patsy is survived by her sisters, Brenda Phillips and Connie Gladden.
Honorary Pallbearers are all of her family and friends.
The family has requested no flowers for the memorial.
